Actress Jennifer Lawrence is expected to earn a whooping $10 million in the upcoming movie Catching Fire, the sequel to The Hunger Games film.

Jennifer rose to stardom when she was cast as Katniss Everdeen in The Hunger Games which was a movie adaptation of the novel written by Suzanne Collins.

The $10 million paycheck includes her bonuses but excludes the net that the movie will receive at the box office. It is four times higher than the salary she earned for The Hunger Games which was a meager $500, 000 compared to what the next film will bring her in revenue. The Hunger Games earned $680 million for box office returns in 2012. Her co-stars Josh Hutcherson and Liam Hemsworth will also receive a higher salary but not at par with what Jennifer will get.

Jennifer Lawrence, who is worth $10 million, received the 2013 Best Actress Academy Award for her role in another one of her films Silver Linings Playbook.
